Incorporating Swiss precision engineering and manufacturing with easily formatted user-friendly computerized electronic controls, the award winning Rancilio Egro One Top Milk XP is a total bean-to-cup package. It includes two foaming heads, optimal dual pump technology, C-lever steam wand, and hot water outlet.

Capable of delivering two cappuccinos or lattes at the same time, production of 250 servings per hour is achievable. The EGRO ONE Top Milk XP has the fastest speed-of-delivery rating and features the most durable brewing technology available in its class. Longer life and lower ownership costs are due to the exclusive patented ‘Dura Brew’ stainless steel brewing group. Advanced sealing technology requires fewer maintenance visits. Owners can expect 30,000 servings between service intervals.

The EGRO ONE Top Milk XP is designed for busy establishments and high traffic areas such as large restaurants, hotels, airports, railway stations, corporate offices, cafeterias; anywhere where the volume is 500+ cups a day.

Recently, the Egro One received a Bronze award in the Commercial & Vending Appliances category in appliance DESIGN magazine’s 23rd Annual Excellence in Design Awards Competition.  The product was designed by the Egro and Rancilio R&D departments.

The Egro One Top Milk XP lets you program up to 48 custom beverage selections – for a total of 6 pages of diverse drink options. This model features an integrated USB port, which works hand-in-hand with Rancilio’s Load & Show technology to let you upload everything from drink recipes, to images and promotional or training videos. Hot water features

Along with impressive brewing capabilities, this machine also offers advanced hot-water features. Precise temperature controls let the user adjust water output as needed to best suit a wide variety of hot-tea options. Since this machine operates on a dual-boiler system, brewing and hot water dispensing operations can be performed simultaneously without jeopardizing boiler pressure.

Milk drink delivery on demand

The Rancilio Egro One Top Milk XP is equipped with a 6.5-litre fridge with automatic level monitoring for the milk. In addition to offering superior operational autonomy, the fridge is extremely practical and hygienic thanks to the “MLR” Automatic Milk Line Rinsing system. The fridge also offers the option of a heated cup rack, a temperature display, or can be positioned underneath the machine. C-Lever steam valve

The new steam valve with a special control knob and ergonomic design is designed with open-stay and open-close functions. The valve has a very short travel distance, and is operated by rotating it just 25°. Turning it clockwise, it opens and remains in this position. Turned counterclockwise, it automatically closes when released. Rapidity, precision and ergonomics: maximum user comfort for daily tasks.

Three product delivery

Three product delivery is included on the Rancilio Egro One Top Milk XP. Powerful simultaneous coffee, steam and hot water delivery provides excellent productivity.

Powder inlet

The Rancilio Egro One Top Milk XP Coffee Machine has a practical powder inlet for pre-ground coffee that offers even more ways to use your machine. For example, this feature can be used for serving decaffeinated coffee.

Load & Show

The new touch graphic display combined with the USB port allows the machine to be used interactively with our customers. The presence of an on-board USB connection makes it possible to quickly and easily load images and videos for promotional and educational purposes. With a simple USB thumb drive owners can also copy and transfer settings from one machine to another.

ABM.07 electronic control

The ABM.07 function allows electronic control of the boiler and water system. A specifically designed software system improves the performance of the machine by switching on the heating element when simultaneously brewing espresso, dispensing water and steaming milk. The machine will stabilize temperature, anticipating usage. The new version features a control that immediately and effectively senses pressure fluctuation.

V-flex voltage stabilization

V-flex is a self-adapting system that harmonizes the operating voltage of the machine with voltage variations in the main power supply. V-flex avoids installation errors and eliminates the fluctuation in the supplied voltage.

Hot water for Tea

The Rancilio Egro One Top Milk XP machine features adjustable hot-water temperature options. Great for tea drinkers, the hot-water temperature control system has four different temperatures and programmable dosages. Hot and cold water are mixed electronically to obtain the right temperature for your menu, and stop automatically when the programmed dosage has been reached. Both the temperature and the quantity of water can be programmed for each setting mode using the software, without needing to open the machine.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Automated cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance is recommended to keep the Rancilio Egro One Top Milk XP Coffee Machine in optimal brewing condition. Rancilio has built in an automated cleaning program to help you keep up with the machine’s cleaning needs. On-screen instructions will walk you through the entire cleaning cycle. The cleaning cycle should be run once a day or after 300 drinks

Easy-Fix is an included system that allows a technician to immediately trace any technical problems and solve them easily.

Options

iSteam wand

This optional, totally automatic, steam wand allows milk to be heated and frothed using a mix of steam and air, until a soft and remarkably compact cream is obtained. The innovative valve system makes it the fastest and most powerful steam wand on the market. Two program selection buttons: “Cappuccino”, to heat and froth the milk, or “Latte”, to heat the milk only. When the programmed temperature is reached, the iSteam stops automatically. The special stainless steel covering is heat-insulated to make it cool to the touch and extremely easy to clean.

Cup warmer cabinet

Self serve

For user-friendly self-service Rancilio Egro One Top Milk XP machines can be configured for professional self-service use. By selecting the option “Self” the machine will be delivered with lockers pack (locking Bean Hoppers, Door for Coffee Drawer, Powder Inlet and USB port), a central outlet for coffee, hot water and milk and without steam wand. Thanks to small cup positioners the user can always place the cup correctly under the outlet. Furthermore, the user interface is self-explanatory and easy to use. With its optional payment systems the One Self is ideal for use in all self service areas.
