BIT International Breville 58mm Shower Screen and Holding Plate Overview

Designed as a simple means to improve the brewing performance of Breville’s 58mm group espresso machines, the unique design of the BIT International Shower Screen and Holding Plate redistributes water through specially milled channels to soften the introduction of water to your coffee. The stainless steel plate replaces the stock plastic component and features an 8-hole pattern closer to the inner circumference of the plate, allowing for a wider dispersion of water.

Working in conjunction with the plate, the shower screen follows BIT’s convention of positioning holes at a higher frequency around the outer edge of the screen, causing water to flow from the center to the edge as well for more even flow and extraction. 

Please Note: The BIT International Shower Screen MUST be used in conjunction with the BIT Breville 58mm Shower Holding Plate.
